January 3, 2018 - Event Manager 8.0 Beta Program
As we approach the Spring 2018 release of Event Manager 8.0 (‘EM’)
we’re in need of a few companies willing to Beta test the product.
The requirements and benefits of the Beta Program are fairly
straightforward:
Requirements*

Let us know if your company would be interested in participating in
the EM Beta by December 1, 2017.

Use EM Beta in any public event between January 3, 2018 and February
5, 2018.
·
Provide feedback on the features and usability of EM during and
after the event.
·
We’ll provide free, unlimited technical support for the life of any
EM Beta Events.
·
Beta Program members will receive a onetime discount** on the cost
of an EM purchase or upgrade for up to one year.
We’d suggest you review the
Event Manager 8.0 feature
set to ensure the product is ultimately a good fit for your
rental business and the events you support.
Note: This is not a ‘Marketing Beta’. While we will offer EM
discounts to Beta Program members, we’re truly more interested in
having our Beta member’s stress test the software in real world
events (the bigger the better) and provide feedback on everything
from form design to feature set.
* Internet access at all events is preferable but
not required. Event devices must be running Windows 8 or greater Unfortunately, due to the Program’s support
requirements and testing objectives there will be a limited number
of Beta slots available.
** Discount percentage will depend on the version
of EM chosen.
